Dr Joanne is a General Practitioner with special interests in Health-screening and Emergency medicine. She has obtained a Masters of Medicine in Emergency Medicine. During her years working in the emergency departments of public hospitals, she encountered many emergencies of chronic diseases that could have been prevented through appropriate health-screening and outpatient care.
Dr Joanne believes in health-screening and good outpatient care as an integral part of maintaining good health. She also strives to effectively engage her patients to take charge of their own health, by helping them to understand their health conditions better.
